Franchise partners must operate in accordance with official guidelines, branding policies, fee structures, and operational rules. Unauthorized admissions, fake data entries, or misuse of the system will result in franchise termination.
The organization provides digital education management services including admissions, course management, exams, results, certificates, marksheets, verification systems, and support services. These services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Examinations may be conducted online or offline. The organization reserves the right to change exam formats, schedules, evaluation methods, and result criteria without prior notice.
All results are generated based on official evaluation processes. The organization is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data submission by students or franchises.
Certificates and marksheets issued by the organization are official documents. Any attempt to forge, edit, duplicate, sell, misuse, or misrepresent certificates is a serious offense and may lead to legal action.
Public verification systems are provided to confirm the authenticity of certificates and marksheets. Any misuse of verification tools is prohibited.
All fees, charges, and payments are subject to the organization’s financial policies. Payments once made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only according to official refund policies. Unauthorized refund claims will not be entertained.
